A Sunday With Savannah

My brother and his family came down Saturday night and stay Sunday. It was great to have them around. It also made Sunday easier because we had a babysitter for Baby Kevin :) I was also able to get some sleep to help prepare me for returning to work tomorrow. I only got cleared to work 4 hrs a day for 2 weeks and then go from there. It hasn't even been 3 weeks since the c-section but I think I can manage it. I need to because I want time with Savannah once she comes home.

Savannah received her last dose of medicine for round 2. The echo is scheduled for tomorrow morning. Please pray for the medicine to have successfully closed the PDA.

Otherwise, not a whole lot of changes to report. She was sleeping peacefully when we visited today. Kevin had the smart idea to video conference my brother and his family via his iphone so they could see Savannah. Phone calls are not allowed in the NICU so both lines were on mute but it was neat because it allowed her cousins to get a close look of Savannah.

Thank you for praying for us. Please pray for Savannah to continue to be infection free and for her overall development, and for her PDA to be closed. Please pray for me as I return to work tomorrow and continue to find a good balance between work, Savannah, Baby Kevin and just resting.

Here are some pictures from today:

I think Ale designed this one :)

All snuggled up and sleeping peacefully. Dreaming of coming home to us :)
