Savannah-A good night

Savannah has completed the medicine for the PDA. The echo is scheduled for tomorrow to determine if she needs another round of medicine or if the round one worked and the PDA is closed. She had a slightly rough night last night. Her carbon levels were trending higher so this morning they reevaluated her Sipap settings and she seemed to be doing better. I am still amazed by how active she is. She protested the entire hands on time.

Tonight she is having a much better night. She seems to have calmed down from this morning. She had a sponge bath so that tired her off and she is sleeping peacefully. She weighed in at 2lbs 4oz.

Please pray for tomorrow's echo and for good results. They should be able to start feeding her again once the PDA is closed. The good news is she is not losing a lot of weight due to the temporary hold on her feeds.

Here are some pictures from today:

A picture of the "peas in a pod" Savannah and her neighbor. Her mom and I tackled the SSI office today. Thankfully it was not as bad as I had imagined but it still did take a long time.
Holding Savannah so they change out her bedding.

After crying about being awakened from her sleep, she opened her eyes and attempted to say hello.
