Savannah is laughing!! She makes you work hard for laugh. She laughed first for Baby Kevin! I couldn't have scripted it better. Her laugh is soo cute. It is not a reserved laugh. There is no questioning if she is laughing because tt's a big belly shaking laugh. Kevin and Savannah are playing better. Kevin still is working on understanding gentle. His intentions are always good but sometimes he is a little too rough for her. I love watching them interact. Kevin loves to make her laugh- I think because he enjoys the attention.
Here are some fun facts since the last blog update.
- Wait. Wait. Apparently I say this too often. It is Kevin's newest word. If he wants something and I'm taking too long or if he's attempting to open something and can't it get it done, he starts saying "wait. wait. waaaiiittt" accompained with some whining. I found him trying to open a box of capri suns. I was alerted to his plight but him saying "waaaiittt. awee man...wait" Just too cute. I couldn't help but laugh before I helped him out.
-Break. His another new word. Every time something rips, falls, or breaks. He says Break. It break. He also says Break if he wants a piece of something. For example, he wanted some of my watermelon. He said "Bite please. Break it. Break"
-He amazes me with how well he can pronouce some words but how others words still give him trouble. He can say octupus, chocolate, elephant- very clearly but he still doesn't completely say Thank you or Savannah. Going back to chocolate. He's learned chocolate from the recent round of birthdays. We had some leftover chocolate cake on our table. Kevin managed to get on top of the table and put both hands into the cake. He was busy eating fistfuls of cake when I found him. It's amazing what he can accomplish while I'm changing Savannah's diaper. So I cleaned him up and cleaned the table and threw away the rest of the cake. I apparently didn't clean it up completely. I returned from the garage (taking out the trash), to find him back up on the table- LICKING the table while saying "chocolate. yum. chocolate." Yeah I needed a picture of this, but he realized that he was in trouble. He hurried off the table and put himself in timeout.
Well that's all for now. I have my own laptop now so I should be better about updating this blog.
