I return to work tomorrow. It will be a day of mixed emotions but I'm hoping I can make it through with a smile and learn to enjoy this new stage of our life.
This week was full of firsts. Kevin and I went on our first date. We of course spent a while talking about the baby, but we had a good time. My family (mom, dad, Ashley & Michelle) all came over to watch the baby while we went out.
We also took Kevin to church for the first time. He wore his first collared shirt :). He did really well. He slept through the entire sermon. Of course, as he gets older, we will expect him to stay awake and listen. :) The pastor prayed over him after the service. Mr. McCoy and Mrs. Foster held for the first time and then we went home. Well I'm off to take a nap so that I'm not falling asleep at my desk tomorrow.
