Our little man is now EIGHT lbs!!! The day started off kinda bad because he woke up all congested, puffy eyes and arching his back and lots of spit up. I also went to the urologist office---only to find that they were CLOSED!! I am not sure how I messed that up? Oh well. So we went to the pedi office to make sure that he was ok. He is fine- just some normal baby congestion.
But it worked out because they weighed him. He is eight lbs and 19 1/2 inches. I am so happy. Then the I left the pedi office at 5:30 (they were running late) and starting to think about dinner. grrr dinner? What to do? Well the Melby Family to the rescue. They had called earlier and had made dinner for us in anticipation of me returning their call. So we had a delicious dinner- no prep work required! So today was a good day. Tomorrow I'll try and "reschedule" the urologist and we have the eye doctor again. Hopefully his eyes will be fully developed this time!
