What a difference a year makes

Still need to upload the today's pics from my camera but I can't find the USB cord. I watched Baby Kevin all today just reminded of how far we've come. Last year around this time, I was incoherent. Baby Kevin was in the NICU and I was in recovery. I kept thinking about last year and how that day changed everything. Today I am so grateful for my little man. I couldn't help but hug and kiss him all day. He is a constant reminder of God's faithfulness.

As I pulled into the NEBH parking lot and headed for the NICU. I was full of joy. Joy- because this time I would be leaving with my baby. This time it was just a short visit. This time I didn't need to worry about what the day's report would be. This time was different. I was very excited to see everyone. Even the security guard remembered us. It was great to see everyone! I'll be posting those pictures later. He was his charming self. He had high fives for everyone. He really loved his birthday gift from nurse Connie.
